1387 miles

Tonight we ended in Akron, Ohio. We got in another 500+ mile day, but we still have quite a bit to go. We are still 558 miles away. We are going to get up very early tomorrow to try to make it by 5pm (when my apartment office closes) so hopefully i'll be in my new home tomorrow! If not then Sunday for sure. Today was full of thrills...or not. We had lunch in Centerville, Indiana (tiny town in the middle of nowhere). We stopped at a candle outlet only to be bombarded with bad smelling ugly candles. There was rain, and traffic, and with the time zone change we got gyped out of an hour. Even the AAA Tourbook is getting boring to read. My mom and I have been passing the time by reading about every city we drive through in the Tourbook. Most of the descriptions are total exadurations, with the writers getting very creative to make that town sound interesting. Frankly, most of the towns are not interesting at all. It's usually quite humorous. But by the end of today, all the Ohio towns were losing me.
Off to bed, got another big day of driving tomorrow.
